Wide range of gear, fair prices, and students from Yang-Ming and NTUNHS get a discount! Staff friendliness: 100 out of 100 😀
We rented a 4-person tent, table, sleeping pads, cooler, camping lantern, two headlamps and two big chairs (very comfortable — our friends were a bit jealous; Read more
they support your whole body). The owner's wife explained everything carefully and the shop is spotless. Everything we rented was well maintained, clean and odour-free. We were camping with our 11-month-old, so cleanliness mattered a lot. We'll definitely rent here again!
Rented a sleeping bag for Jiaming Lake. That night the pack covers froze over, and I was warm in the bag wearing only three layers — a really comfortable bag. Read more
Service is professional and good, every important question got a detailed answer, and the price was great. Will rent again!

but the tent plus three inflatable pads was NT$780 (an hour of heavy rain at dawn and only the edges got slightly damp). Excellent value.

The owner's wife is super friendly and takes real care explaining how the gear works and what to watch out for in the mountains — it's not just a rental shop, Read more
it's a place you want to keep coming back to. She washes every piece of gear after it's returned, which shows how much she cares. Highly recommended. Tips for beginners who don't want to spend big: rent your pack first — the packs here have adjustable back lengths, so they fit women too. For a 3-day hut trip on the high peaks, a 55 L pack is enough; as I recall they have 45, 55 and 75 L.

an absolute lifesaver. Even though the gear came back caked in mud, the owner's wife didn't complain once; her attitude put me to shame. Thank you so much. I'll be back, and I'll tell friends and family.
